Terms of Service

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Narroli (“Narroli”, “we”, “us”) for using the Narroli app, this website and the Narroli connector for AI apps (together, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Narroli for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, and able to make a contract where you live.
• Give us a real email address that you control. Anyone who can open that inbox can sign in, so keep it secure.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account, including in every brand you create.
• Only connect social accounts that you own or are allowed to manage.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

• Free trial: new customers get 7 days free with every feature. You add a card to start. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged. We'll email you a reminder a few days before.
• Billing: plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may not include tax.
• Limits: each plan includes a number of posts and AI image credits a month. They reset every month and don't roll over. A post is one idea shared to all your apps at once, so posting to four apps counts as one. If you reach a limit, Narroli tells you and waits; it never charges you extra without asking.
• Cancelling: cancel any time from Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then it stops. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law says we must.
• Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before a price change affects you, so you can cancel first.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again. If it keeps failing, we may pause your account until it's sorted.

4. Your content

You own your content: your brand details, notes, photos, drafts, posts and replies, including the drafts AI writes for you. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it, and to send it to the AI providers and social apps you choose, only to run the service for you.

You're responsible for what you publish. Make sure you have the right to use everything you upload or post, and that your posts are honest and legal, including any ads, paid partnerships or promotions, which you must disclose where the law or the app requires it.

5. AI-written content

Narroli uses AI to write posts, replies and pictures. AI can make mistakes, sound wrong, or produce something similar to what others receive. That's why nothing is posted or sent until you approve it.

• Read every draft before you approve it. Once you approve, schedule, post or send, it's your post.
• Narroli writes from the facts you give it. Don't ask it to invent facts, reviews, results or numbers.
• If you use your own AI key, a model on your computer, or an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT, that provider's terms apply to it too.

6. Threads, Instagram, TikTok and X

• Narroli isn't made, endorsed or run by Meta, TikTok or X. You must follow each app's own rules when you post through Narroli.
• Narroli only uses each app's official connection. These apps can change or limit what Narroli can do at any time, and some features (like posting straight to TikTok) need their approval first. When that happens, we'll tell you and offer another way, such as posting it yourself.
• We aren't responsible for what those apps do with your account or your posts, including removing posts or limiting accounts.

7. What you can't do

Don't use Narroli to:

• Break the law, or post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit or harmful to children.
• Spam people, deceive them, impersonate someone, or post fake reviews, fake news or election misinformation.
• Post content you don't have the rights to.
• Run fake accounts, or try to get around any app's limits or rules.
• Attack, overload, copy, resell or take apart the service, or get into accounts or data that aren't yours.

If you do, we may remove content, pause your account or close it (see below).

8. Our service

We work hard to keep Narroli running and to publish on time, but we can't promise it will never be down, late or wrong. We may improve, change or stop features. If we stop something important you pay for, we'll tell you ahead of time.

Narroli and everything we made for it (the app, designs, templates, Tuck and our name) belong to us. Using Narroli doesn't give you rights to them, except to use the service.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Narroli and cancel any time. To delete your data, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy.

We may pause or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other people or the service. Unless it's urgent or the law stops us, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your content.

10. Our responsibility to you

We provide Narroli “as is”. As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will meet every need, or that more posting will bring you followers, customers or sales.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses (like lost profits, lost followers or lost data), and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $100 if that's more.

None of this limits responsibility that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or injury caused by negligence.

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you published or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, as far as the law allows.

11. Disagreements

If something goes wrong, email hello@narroli.com first. Most things can be sorted out quickly.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If the change matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Narroli after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel.
